Selected photos, videos, logos and audio files are processed only on your device.

Project settings and unlock status are stored locally. Exported videos are saved or shared only when you explicitly request it.

No user account is required.

Where technically necessary information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is done pursuant to Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Processing provides the app function you request and is based, depending on use, on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Permissions and device features

BeatMotion accesses only media you select through the system picker. Access is used solely to create and export your video.

4. Apple services and purchases

The optional BeatMotion Pro one-time purchase is handled through Apple StoreKit. Payment and Apple Account data are processed by Apple and are not visible to Funkenatelier.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising and no Funkenatelier analytics or tracking services. According to the privacy information filed for the published app, Funkenatelier collects no data types and uses no tracking.

6. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details solely to handle your request. The data is deleted once the request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact datenschutz@funkenatelier.de.
