2. Processing in the app

Your festival schedule, watchlist, personal film ratings, FearLog content and settings are initially stored locally.

Schedule, watchlist and personal ratings can sync between your devices through Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage.

FearScore does not collect names, email addresses or payment data for this synchronisation.

Where technically necessary information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is done pursuant to Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Processing provides the app function you request and is based, depending on use, on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Permissions and device features

The microphone is used only for FearLog audio notes you start. External links open third-party services. Your own content remains local or in your private iCloud area.

4. Apple services and purchases

iCloud, Apple Watch and voluntary supporter purchases use Apple system services. Apple processes technical, account and payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising and no Funkenatelier analytics or tracking services. According to the privacy information filed for the published app, Funkenatelier collects no data types and uses no tracking.

6. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details solely to handle your request. The data is deleted once the request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact datenschutz@funkenatelier.de.

We update this policy when the app’s features or data processing change.
