2. Processing in the app

Properties, contacts, reports, findings, photos and signatures are initially stored locally on your device.

When iCloud is available and enabled, ObjektBericht syncs this content between your devices through a private CloudKit database.

Funkenatelier cannot view the contents of your private CloudKit database in the developer portal. No additional user account is required.

Where technically necessary information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is done pursuant to Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Processing provides the app function you request and is based, depending on use, on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Permissions and device features

Photos are added to a report only after you select them. Microphone and speech recognition are used only for dictation you start. PDFs are exported or shared only when you request it.

4. Apple services and purchases

CloudKit, iCloud Drive, speech recognition and App Store purchases are provided by Apple. Apple processes technical, account and potentially speech data under its own privacy policy.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising and no Funkenatelier analytics or tracking services. According to the privacy information filed for the published app, Funkenatelier collects no data types and uses no tracking.

6. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details solely to handle your request. The data is deleted once the request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact datenschutz@funkenatelier.de.

8. Changes and date

We update this policy when the app’s features or data processing change.
