Watchlists, watched status, personal ratings and settings are stored locally on your device.

No Funkenatelier user account is required.

Editorial content and external links may be retrieved over an internet connection. When opening an external service, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

Where technically necessary information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is done pursuant to Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Processing provides the app function you request and is based, depending on use, on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Permissions and device features

With your permission, RealityKosmos can schedule local notifications for selected broadcast dates. Permission can be changed at any time in system settings.

4. Apple services and purchases

Optional supporter purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and Apple Account data. The Watch app and widgets use Apple system services to display selected content.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising and no Funkenatelier analytics or tracking services. According to the privacy information filed for the published app, Funkenatelier collects no data types and uses no tracking.

6. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details solely to handle your request. The data is deleted once the request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact datenschutz@funkenatelier.de.
